Purchases made directly on backendside.com are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for these transactions — this means Paddle is the seller of the software, handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, and invoicing, and is the party you are contracting with for the payment transaction itself. Your license to use the software remains a direct agreement between you and BackendSide.

Purchases made through the Microsoft Store or Google Play are subject to that platform's own terms of sale, billing, and refund process, in addition to these Terms.

4. Free Software and Utilities

Some of our tools are provided free of charge, as-is, with no guarantee of continued availability, updates, or support. We may modify, discontinue, or charge for previously free tools at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

5. Intellectual Property
